My intention is to help you succeed in being healthy in your life and on your travels.
Yoga teaches us to remember who we are and to be in steady comfort with who we are.
My yoga classes are infused with intention and mindfulness. I want you to experience energizing sequences that make you feel a bit lighter, stronger, and more balanced. We need the combination of YIN and YANG to come into balance to stay in optimum condition.
I teach full time in the city center of Munich and am determined not just to instruct the physical practice but to help my students feel empowered to change their minds and lives for the better. Along Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, I also offer Pilates mat training.
