We start with a one-to-one interview, where your needs are in the centre of attention. After that we plan your individual (therapeutic) yoga routine. – Discover how a single sequence, when practiced consistently, can provide grounding, openness, and a greater sense of stability in all aspects of your life.
I will help you how to incorporate exercises, body postures and breathing techniques easily into everyday life. However young or old you are, let’s make sure to enhance the effectiveness and fun factor.
